01 · The challenge
Where things stood
Brightside runs campaigns for 60+ clients across ad platforms, analytics tools, and a project tracker. Every Monday, account managers spent half a day assembling performance reports by hand, and every new client meant two days of setup across seven tools.
The team had tried generic automation tools, but the workflows broke whenever a platform changed its export format, and nobody owned the maintenance.
02 · The solution
What we built
We mapped every recurring workflow, then rebuilt the high-value ones on n8n with AI steps where judgment is needed: summarizing campaign performance in plain language, drafting client emails, and classifying incoming requests.
Monday reports now generate themselves overnight, complete with an AI-written summary the account manager only reviews and sends. Client onboarding runs from one form that fans out to every tool automatically.
